No...nothing works. The app was working fine up toward Xmas..now it doesn't...it is aggravating and to be hinest an extremely poor response from Sky. Given the ridiculous amount i oay each month for the last 18 years inwould have expected a better support from them

Hi all
ive always used sky go.
my log in is correct and I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but still doesn't work.
i keep getting this message;
'Sorry, something went wrong.
Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later.'
does anyone have any idea?

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and the sign back into the app.
If that doesn't work then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:

All I got from Sky expert was the developers know it's a problem in the app and are trying to fix it........
No update since and no new version available in ap store so guess we wait..... not happy at all with sky but they still taking my money.

Re: Why isn’t my Sky Go app showing BBC 1 and 2 in my programme list?
On the Skygo app go to the TV Guide tab at the bottom of the home page. Near the top of the page there is an option to watch on iphone where the BBC channels will not appear as you can only wtch through iplayer. If you select the Record to Sky Box option the BBC channels appear and you can set them to record from there..
