I can watch TV on my PS4 through the sky go app but I don't have any options to look at recordings that are on my sky q box,I have a multi room subscription and can see the options on my mobile but not the ps4
My sky tv keeps dropping in and out, the screen and the sound freezes while watching the tv. I have restarted my router, this is next to my tv and my puck. There is no changes apart from my next door neighbour has recently had the internet connected.
my camera doorbell and my hive all went off. These have been rectified but my tv is still problematic
what can I do ,
Picture quality keeps going every few minutes on sky tv. I thought it might have been the bad weather but it's continued for a few days now.
I've check our service and according to the app there are no known issues.
how can I get it working ?
Have you tried rebooting the device the app is installed on ?
I do not think it is possible to do this with a console like your PS4 ?
Sky support was able to get the app to work on Appletv. They verified my streaming device (puc) and updated my account. When i followed the link from the apple tv which was broken before it worked now. i was able to add a security question, which returned an error when i hit submit but when i deleted the sky app on appletv and reloaded it worked.
My Wi-Fi has gone off since your workman fixed problem at my neighbour house this morning , my sky tv won't even go to the menu can you help me as I got not tv
Not out workman as you are talking to other customers here so what TV servcie do you have, Sky Glass, Stream or Sky Q ?

It gives the instruction to go to go.sky.com and device pin. This link is dead and instead it takes me to My Sky on Sky.com. in there the product setting show me my device (Ipad) but there are no options to set up device pin. Another link in the virtual assistance said to go into My sky and select contents and ratings. Unfortunately it doesnt say where this is and I have checked every sub menu and there are no contents and ratings.
My Sky Go checks for updates, says it is downloading but never does. it just stays on the blue screen. I have tried uninstalling and installing again, I have checked my firewall and I do not have Citrix installed. Can anyone help with this please?

You should be able to use that link as it is working for me or you can go to settings on the sky go app and delete them there.
I can't do it through the app either it only allows to change the tv pin and device pin, where as before I was able to delete devices weekly if needed. Very odd and I can't get answers from Sky
The Sky Go app' has been next to useless for weeks; are there any plans to reimburse customers for the constant error (code 30) that makes watching 'live' content near on impossible?
You can try asking Sky but I very much doubt you will get a refund, have you tried pausing it for 30 seconds to see if you can then get it to play without the error ?

You can register a new device without having to delete one as the system should aitomatically remove the oldest unused one.
